This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information. If you have any questions, email support@vybe.build.

1. The Data We Collect

We collect data necessary to provide, improve, and debug our Services, including:

Account and Authentication Data:

Your name, business email, company name, role/title, and authentication credentials (such as SSO tokens or user added secrets).

Operational Data:

Usage analytics, IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages and features accessed, session data, error logs, and performance metrics. We avoid logging personally identifiable information unless absolutely necessary for debugging or security purposes.

Integration Data:

When you connect third-party services (such as GitHub, Attio, Jira, Lemlist, Slack, Google Workspace, or others), data from those services may transit through or be processed by our platform to enable the functionality you request. We do not store or retain this third-party data on our systems. The data is accessed only as needed to perform the specific actions you direct within your apps.

Sensitive data is always stored encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.

We do not use raw or derived Workspace data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models. All such data handling complies with the Google User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Profiling and Automated Decision-Making

Vybe uses automated processing and profiling in two ways:

Onboarding and Personalization:

When you first use Vybe, we collect information about your role, industry, and use case through an onboarding questionnaire. We use this information along with AI processing to recommend personalized templates, recipes, and workflows tailored to your needs. This automated analysis helps you get started quickly with relevant examples for your specific context.

AI-Powered Development Features:

When you use Vybe's AI-powered development features, our system analyzes your prompts and project data to generate personalized code suggestions, app recommendations, and development insights. This automated processing helps accelerate your workflow and improve your applications.

Our legal basis for this processing is performance of our contract to provide personalized AI-powered services as described in our Terms of Service.

These AI-generated outputs are designed to assist your workflow and do not produce legal effects or similarly significant effects that substantially impact you outside of the services you've requested.

3. Sharing & Sub-Processors

We never sell or share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use the following sub-processors: View our list of sub-processors.
